Canva - digital knitting pattern - PDF
We believe that every closet should contain a classic, timeless pullover – a sweater that never loses its appeal and stands the test of time.
“Canva” can be such a piece in your wardrobe!
It is a garment with a smooth, clean texture and a simple, loose cut – “pure canvas”, perfect for adding art to make it into your own favorite sweater. Slightly cropped, with wide ribbing and long sleeves, this universal sweater will be the perfect complement to any outfit. You can wear it with jeans, a girly dress, a mini checkered skirt, or dressy pants. It is universal, comfortable, always fashionable, and fits many styles.
“Canva” is worked seamlessly from the top down, starting at the back with a German short row shaping, after which the back stitches are worked down to the armhole and placed on hold. Stitches for the front are picked up one row in from the cast-on edge for an imitated shoulder ”seam” look, then worked down to the armhole, where the parts are joined and worked together in the round down to the hem. When the body is completed, sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole, and worked down to the cuffs in rounds, too.
The “Canva” sweater is designed for two different yarn weights (sport and Aran weight), and is graded for 12 sizes for each yarn type.

Laceback Motyle - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“Laceback Motyle” is a loose–fitting sweater with a wide neckline and ¾-length sleeves, ideal for transitioning into fall. As with my previous design, “Laceback Top”, this one also features elegant lace panels that decorate the back and extend onto both sleeves. However, this time, I used a butterfly-shaped lace pattern – thus the name “Laceback Motyle” (Motyle – Polish for butterflies).
This sweater is worked from the top down in a modified raglan construction and features different shaping for the front and back.
Eyelets are added to the sleeves and at the sides of this sweater for fun and decoration, and the contrasting hem gives it a feminine touch, making this top a versatile garment for many occasions.

Cantata - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“Cantata” Pullover, created in collaboration with Walcot yarns, is knit top-down in the round entirely seamless. The pictured sample was knit in Walcot Yarns Opus (70% Merino, 30% Alpaca): 100g/ 384 yards {350 meters}, a merino-alpaca blend that is pleasing to work with and brings out the best in the stitch pattern.
Specially designed with modified circular yoke construction to have a lowered yoke and wider neckline, this sweater has a slightly cropped overall length and long sleeves with moderate balloon shaping in the lower part. It features a textured overall stitch pattern of vertical lines, broken by short horizontal welts in rhythmic intervals, which had been inspired by the photo of a ready-to wear garment spotted on a Pinterest board.
The pullover is completely worked inside out to avoid purling too many stitches. A helpful video tutorial explains the special technique used to create the decorative welts sitting like notes on staff lines in music.
The pattern provides complete row-by-row instructions for 9 sizes, a separate stitch pattern chart for those who prefer to work visually, as well as the customary schematics with marker placement.
Laid-back without looking sloppy, this is a sweater for relaxed moments in an otherwise structured life – wear it around campus, in front of the fireplace at a cozy mountain cabin, or just for a coffee shop run into town on a Saturday morning.

Boxed and Framed - wzór dziewiarski - cyfrowy plik PDF
“Boxed and Framed” is the cleaner-line version of “Boxed and Cabled” for those who prefer a straightforward look. This pattern lets the yarn stand out without deflecting from the stitch definition with too much texture or decorative elements. You still won’t be bored when knitting it because the interesting construction makes up very well for the lack of stitch patterns!
Solenn (De Rerum Natura) liked the construction of my “Boxed and Cabled” cardigan so much, she sketched her own version for a simpler, more streamlined version of it, and asked me to write a pattern from her hand-drawn sketch, which is exactly what I did! I followed her suggestions to the last dot, and this is what came out of this collaboration:
A pattern sketched by Solenn (De Rerum Natura), who know best how to highlight their yarns.
Implemented by myself, who knows how to turn a construction idea into a garment that will work.
Tested by my proven pool of test knitters, who know best what fits their actual body shape, in a wide size range.
“Boxed and Framed” is worked in back-and-forth rows, starting from a provisional cast-on in the Back, beginning with a horizontal chain, after which the triangular shape of the back is created using German short rows, and the garment continued top down to the armholes. Later, stitches for both fronts are picked up, and after another horizontal chain, the fronts are worked down to the underarm where both fronts and the back are joined and continued in one piece to the hem.
This versatile cardigan will accompany you from morning coffee through a day at the office to an evening at the opera. Thanks to its minimalist shape, it can complement a variety of different wardrobe items, from cropped jeans or wide-leg linen pants over mini skirts or shorts to elegant A-line or sheath column dresses.

Greyer - wzór dziewiarski - cyfrowy plik PDF (1)
“Greyer” is a boxy style cardigan with open fronts and intriguing cable panels.
The garment is knit from the top down completely seamlessly, starting with a back section of a collar. After having knit the back piece to the underarm, stitches are picked up along the shoulders for the fronts and also worked to the underarm, where all parts are joined and worked in one piece down to the ribbing. When the body has been completed, sleeve stitches are picked up around the armholes and worked in rounds from the top down.
Cable panels are charted only.

Quicksand - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“Quicksand” is a triangular shawl worked sideways, starting at one of the tips. Shaped with increases hidden in the side cable, it features an intriguing cable pattern meandering through brioche pockets, and is topped off with an i-cord bind-off at the widest part. I spotted this interesting stitch pattern on a Polish knitting website and decided to adapt it for the shawl shape.
PS: Contrary to popular perception based mainly on 1960’s movie culture, it is not physically possible for a person to sink entirely into quicksand – no danger immersing yourself in this cozy shawl!

Julka Cardi - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“Julka Cardigan” is a seamless overlapping-front cardigan with a feminine touch, interesting slanted shoulder construction, elbow-length sleeves and a delicate lace pattern on the Fronts.
The garment is worked from the top down, starting at the back with a long-tail cast-on. First, the Back is shaped with short rows to create a slanted shoulder line, then the stitches of the Back are worked down to the armhole, and placed on hold. Now, stitches for the Fronts are picked up one row in from the cast-on edge for an imitated shoulder “seam” look, and worked to the armhole, where the parts are joined and worked together down to the hem, which is finished with an i-cord edge. When the body is completed, sleeve stitches are picked up around the armholes, the sleeves are worked in the round to an elbow length, and likewise finished with applied i-cord edging.
Back and sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch, the fronts in a lace pattern. Instructions for the lace pattern are charted and also completely written out.
“Julka” is the perfect cardigan for those hot summer days, to be paired with sleeveless dresses or T-shirt and shorts for a casually-elegant, but always feminine look. Make one in a cotton or linen blend to take out to the beach and boardwalk café, and another in your favorite glossy yarn to complement your evening dress. Smoother yarns with a clear stitch definition and careful blocking will bring out the best in the lace pattern.

Aureliana - digital knitting pattern - PDF
„Aureliana“ is a light summer tee with wide boat neck and beautiful lace details. Loosely fitted, but not too oversized, it is worked seamlessly from the top down and shaped with short rows around the neck and shoulders.
Both Front and Back are worked flat separately to the underarm, and then joined in the lower body to be knit in one piece in the round. The garter stitch neck and sleeve bands are worked last.

Trussed and Twisted - digital knitting pattern - PDF
"Trussed and Twisted” is a top for all those who love intriguing details.
A deep neckline finished with I-cord, an unusual, symmetrical cable and openwork stitch pattern, accentuated false “seams” and interesting constructions create a garment that will satisfy every knitting adventure explorer.
The design of the sweater, with a classic shoulder line positioned further back, has been modernized here, and the sweater is knitted in one piece, completely seamless. After knitting a few rows on the back piece, stitches are picked up for the front and sleeves, after which proper shaping starts, and the sweater is worked down to the ribbing.
The modern, slightly cropped length of the sweater and ¾ length sleeves of the original are easy to change and adjust to your own preferences. The pattern is written in 11 sizes from XXS to 4XL, with separate charts for the Fronts. To save paper, print only the pages you need for your size.

All Aligned - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“All Aligned” is a seamless top-down cardigan with raglan shaping and lots of texture.
Open-front cardigans are my favorite because they are so versatile! For this one, I used a yarn by Julia Asselin which had beckoned from my stash for a while. I especially like its color. In this cardigan, I combined it with an extra lace strand in a similar colorway, which gives it just the right amount of heaviness.
Increases and decreases are cleverly hidden in the simple texture pattern with clear brioche lines. Due to the brioche, this stitch pattern is rather yarn-consuming – make sure you have enough for the whole garment!
All shaping is charted, and the main stitch is also written out row by row.

Mohair Me - digital knitting pattern - PDF
This yarn by Filcolana and its interesting color appealed instantly to me, even though the color, a deep reddish Russet, is way off from the usual suspects in my range of favorite tones.
This roomy sweater in an oversize look with lots of positive ease is worked seamlessly from the top down, neckline and shoulders are shaped with German short rows. The pattern contains two options for the neckline – either a wide rounded neckline with ribbed neckband, or – with additional yardage requirements – a cozy turtleneck.
The neckline shaping section is charted only, while the Main Pattern comes both as chart (individually for each size) as well as in form of written-out row-by-row instructions.

Boxigan - digital knitting pattern - PDF
Boxigan (“boxy cardigan, as you might have guessed”) is worked seamlessly from the top down.
The laid-back design has been kept as streamlined as possible, with stockinette stitch only occasionally broken up by subtle eyelet columns, as well as knit braids at the cuffs and edges – just enough to be recognized as hand knit by insiders!
Work starts at the back with a long-tail cast-on, after which the Back stitches are worked down to the armhole and placed on hold. Stitches for the Front are picked up one row in from the cast-on edge for an imitated shoulder “seam” look.
Especially important for boxy-look garments, Front and Back neckline as well as sleeve caps are shaped with German Short Rows for a proper fit.
Thanks to detailed explanations about special techniques used (with links to explanatory videos) this uncomplicated garment can be worked even by courageous beginners. Featuring 12 sizes in a size range from XS1 to 4XL, this garment is truly for inclusive. The pattern is fully written out and contains no charts.

Soft Flow - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“Soft Flow” cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top down.
Starting with a wide shawl collar, from which sts for the body are cast on, it is knit top down to the underarm where sleeves and body are separated. First, the body is knit all the way down to the mid-thigh hem, then the sleeves are worked in the round. Pockets are added at the end.
This cardigan features a modified raglan shaping with an especially elegant shoulder line.
Knitting with two strands of different yarns – a blend of alpaca held together with kid mohair – makes this a super cozy garment. Its streamlined, softly flowing design is ready to be combined with any accessory from your scarf or jewelry collection, and goes well with various wardrobe pieces in a variety of styles.

Unboxing - digital knitting pattern - PDF
“Unboxing” is a roomy, almost oversized sweater worked seamlessly from the top down, featuring moderately fitted sleeves and a wide neckline created by short-row shaping on both the front and back.
Its geometric stitch pattern, found in and old knitting magazine, has intrigued me for a long time, and I’ve always wanted to use it in a sweater.
