We have prepared a special loyalty program for our regular customers.
To take advantage of the many opportunities this program has to offer, you need to have a registered account in our online store www.dyedyedone.com.
For each completed order (order with a status of “shipped”), you as customer will receive loyalty points.
1 PLN = 1 point.
Points add up after every order and, to be exchanged for products from our store at any time which is convenient for the customer.
The number of accumulated points is visible in the “My Account” tab in the Loyalty Program panel.
Points can be exchanged for goods as follows:
1. Click the “Go to the list of products that you can exchange for points” link.
2. See the list of goods available for exchange and their equivalent in points.
3. Select the item to be exchanged for points and click “Exchange”.
4. The item is added to the basket and shipped with the current order at no additional shipping costs.
However, if the item exchanged for points is the only item in the cart, and you are not ordering anything else with this order, shipping costs will be added.
Goods exchanged for points cannot be exchanged or returned.
The customer receives additional points for reviews of goods purchased in our store – after these have been approved by the administrator (20 points) – and for subscribing to our newsletter (20 points).
In the event of returning goods ordered in our store, relevant points are deducted from the customer’s account.
Loyalty points can only be exchanged for goods available in our store not covered by promotions and discounts. Special discount codes do not apply to goods exchanged for loyalty points.
